The last thing anyone would call Kenyan activist Boniface Mwangi is soft. He who has faced numerous death threats, teargas, running battles with Kenya’s dreaded GSU, rubber bullets and injuries. As an activist, Boniface’s job description includes going home after a day of being arrested and roughed up then waking up to do it all over again.
